Had to send my Nexus 6p in for warranty repairs due to a GPS issue. Phone was returned with a factory reset, which I've already done, not fixed. Sent it back and they replaced the part. Had an email conversation with their support (Benjamin) who was totally on the ball! Provided great insight on the steps for both instances. Wish the techs put as much care as he has. Thanks Benjamin!
