Samsung...had an warranty issue with an A 5...they insisted it was physical damage causing a broken mainboard...wanted $250 to fix it... Got the phone back...turns out there was no pphysical damage or mainboard issue...likely a faulty charger..thy refused to compensate...i had bought a new phone rather than fork over $250
