This company is completely unprofessional and unrealistic. They treat you as if they are the victim and have a conspiracy theory that body shops are charging for sanding, buffing, and polishing in Austin because they didnt do work right the first time. I had a claim adjuster tell me that polishing was a covered cost as a standard for repairs, which is true in any instance when your vehicle is in an accident, it requires sanding, buffing and polish. Otherwise, you will simply have a painted over scratch that will be visible. In the minds of this company, they believe this is the right way. Beware, this company will stick you with the bill when they decline to pay for this cost with your repair shop. This could cost you $100's of dollars if not $1000. My suggestion, record everything, document everything and prepare for a battle. I'm filing a compliant with the Texas Department of Insurance which they are obligated to investigate this company. Suggest many others do the same that have fell victim to this con artist company.
