My husbands was hit by someone claiming to have this insurance. The cop could not find him in the system and the guy was issued a ticket for no insurance. However, the guy kept claiming it was up to date.

Both my husband and our Insurance company has reached out to ACCC with no luck. My husband did get to speak with someone at the local office in Houston, and the guy there didn t want to hear his story or even validate that the insurance was current. He didn t even seem to care about us or the fact that their customer hit our vehicle.

This has been ongoing for 2 weeks now. Both my husband and our insurance company are very frustrated with the lack of communication from this company. (Which there has been none on ACCC part, we have had to continually contact them.)
