My husband was hit by one of their insured driver...

My husband was hit by one of their insured drivers. It has been nothing but push the can down the road kinda business first they didn't have our phone number correct then all the adjusters on vacation, now the car was possibly stolen so they will not cover it. But is going to wait 30 days to give me a answer so I have to wait before I can start my claim with my insurance company. Very unprofessional I even paid and emailed the PDF of the police report and driver incident report to them to speed up thre process...They told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the report I got it within 10 minutes.
So now we are down to one car until they to us....We work more than 30 miles from home.
