I was freaking out about all the reviews but it wasn't a bad experience. The adjuster told me that he needed to confirm the facts of the accident with his driver, that's understandable so I waited like a week. then he called me saying that they accepted liability and 5 days later I got my check. same experience I had with Farmers Insurance 6 years ago. so I guess it was ok. I don't think you expect much of a claim regardless of the insurance company.
