I wish I didn't have to give any stars. I wish I didn't have to deal w these people but apparently they are very popular and appeal to those who cannot drive!!!
My husband has been hit not only once but TWICE in less than TWO MONTHS by two of their insureds in two different vehicles of ours!!!
I'm getting the same run around, I see by these reviews, must be protocol. "Unable to locate insured"? HOW DO THEY GET PAID, THEN?! Hmmmm?! I'll be willing to bet when payment is due for the premium, they can locate insured pretty darn quick!!!!
I'm contacting an attorney. UNBELIEVABLE.
