Same experience as everyone else. After a month of dodging my calls they (Maria Anaya & Company) found their insured not at fault. Claimed the accident was avoidable. It was avoidable had their driver used the light at the intersection instead of pulling out of a parking lot and attempting to cross 3 lanes of oncoming traffic during rush hour. BBB Rates them an F and i couldn't agree more. I followed the BBB's advice and filled a formal complaint with TDI. I hope this brings about some sort of resolve.
