This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It has been 4 weeks since their insured hit me. I finally got a written claim and was able to drop off my truck for repairs. Now need info on rental no call back. I have called, my husband has called we have emailed....still nothing. Both the dealer and car rental place said they were the worst company to deal with...they were not lying. Veronica Gonzales is my adjustor. Neither her nor the supervisor return calls. I will be returning the rental tomorrow because I am not going to be inconvenienced any more than I already have by this company. Just praying they can finish the work on my truck and ACC acctually pay the claim
