The worst Insurance company ever. You have to constantly follow up with them every 2 hours or they forget and nothing gets done.

Horrible customer service. They lie to you, then when you call back, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing; so it's very inconsistent. Make sur you keep notes of every phone call including the time and who you spoke to.

SLOW. Extremely SLOW.

Good luck ever getting hold of a Supervisor (Patty). No matter how many times you call and leave a voicemail, she's too afraid to call you back. She's probably embarrassed by what a ghastly, worthless company she works for.

I hope ACCC gets shut down by the BBB so that no one has to go through the hell I've been through dealing with them for the past 4 months.
