This is by far the worse insurance company I've ever dealt with! It's been nearly 3 months since my incident with their insured person and I've yet to hear anything from them! Everytime I call theres a different reason why my claim has not moved forward after 3 months!!! I've left voicemails and never get a call back. EVERYTIME someone says they're going to call me they never do! I feel as if they are just giving me the run around and don't want to accept liability when they should!! I will be filing a grievance with the insurance commission and BBB!
