Appalling service! Paid for a refurbished IPhone 1...

Appalling service! Paid for a refurbished IPhone 15 Feb, when we received item it stopped working after one day! Sent back for repair or replacement. Still waiting after numerous calls, e-mails. Called yesterday and told I would receive a call by 4pm...no call received! This phone is for my 12 year old son. We are so disappointed with this company!
