DO NOT USE They advertise items are in stock and delivery will be 7-10 days, take your money then attempt to source the item which can take weeks/months. One star is too generous.
Absolute disgrace of a company - do not use. I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago. If you are lucky enough to get through on the phone or twitter, they lie to you telling you it will be sent "within 24-48hrs" which doesn't happen. I hope trading standards look into them
The worst experience ever. Quick mobile fix
1.Delivered the device I purchased late. They mentioned 10 working days and it took much longer than that
2. The device was faulty. After one month of use the sim card could not be recognised. I had to ship the device back from another country. The repair took double the estimated time (close to a month).
3. The device was again faulty. Leaving with a faulty device in the middle of a trip in another continent.
In every case they have refused to process a refund.
If there was a rating of 0 stars I would put it.
The device has cost me double the money with all the shipping and replacements.
Was told it would be dispatched within 24-48 hours. After 5 days of not hearing anything, I emailed them. Next day had an email back saying it would be dispatched within the next 24 hours and that they were sorry for the delay, yet I still haven't heard anything. Very disappointed as I am phone-less after breaking mine.
Waited a long long time, but it was worth it to receive a good-as-new iPhone which has been perfect in every way.
The first repair I had left the phone with no fingerprint reader even though it went in with a cracked screen, they took two weeks to fix it. Then I attempted to purchase a refurbished phone which I cancelled the order for within an hour or so, a week later they charged me for the phone and sent it to me, I had to spend quite a bit of time and effort to return it to them.
Their administration is terrible and they don't keep track of the orders effectively.

I received the phone on Friday (albeit a different colour to the one I originally ordered, but I was happy to change to get a phone more quickly) and it is in excellent condition. I wondered whether I should change this review to 2-stars to reflect that, but it remains the case that I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get it and I think would still be waiting had I not annoyed the company by sending multiple emails, leaving social media comments and posting on here. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone, so 1-star it is.

I do not recommend this company at all. Ordered a phone from them 12 calendar days (8 working days) ago. Much is made on their website of a "next day delivery" however it is far less obviously stated that they "aim to" send the phone within 5-7 working days. After that if you don't have your phone you're advised to email them - which I did only to be told after 10 working days they will "investigate" the delay. Either they are taking weeks to put sold items in envelopes or are listing for sale items which they don't actually have in stock - they won't tell me which and either way they are enjoying interest on their customers' money whilst doing nothing more than sending generic fobbing off emails. Quick Mobile Fix, if you feel like doing something other than sitting on my cash, my order number is ID176320.

Edited to add: they ignored the email I sent yesterday and have been deleting my social media comments. I have emailed them today to say I want either confirmation that my item has shipped by the close of business today (if they have it in stock, which is doubtful) or a refund. I was called yesterday by QMF offering to send me a phone today if I took a different colour one (no problem). I'll update on Friday if it arrives.
Messaged them as still didn t receive my tracking number they then said they had no stock of my phone in the colour I wanted and that there was a delay however they had white to send me immediately. I said no I wanted the space grey ( which I ordered) and I asked for a refund. They then asked me to confirm the refund as they now had my colour in stock? (This was the next day )and that it would take 10-14 days for a refund to appear in my account. Again I said I wanted a refund . I then received an email saying that the phone had been dispatched? Even tho I asked for a refund and got given a tracking number. Tracking number is invalid and is meant to be next day delivery yet I still haven t received it? tried to phone them but lines are constantly engaged!!! Avoid !!!
Do not send your phone for repair to these Cowboys. They had my daughters phone for over six weeks. They lied to her every time she called to get an update saying the parts would be in at the end of the week. No updates on the web site except to say hers was a priority. When I phoned them they were dismissive & unhelpful. When I suggested they should refund the charges they stated that they would never do that. The worst customer service I have ever come across.
Positives - definitely the cheapest price I found for a refurbished iPhone 6. Bought an excellent condition item and it is SPOTLESS very happy with the product.
Negative - it took 2 weeks to arrive not 5-7 days as promised however communication was excellent throughout.
Horrendous service. The worst I have ever experienced. It is now 8 days since they received my phone. It isn't fixed yet and the customer support team refuse to give me any transparency. They only email me at the start of the day to say [we will look into it] yet nothing gets done each day.

Very disappointed with the service.
First a request for extra payment was sent for something I didn't want fixing but I thought what the hell lets get that fixed at the same.
Then it was sent back with only one repair being done (albeit poorly fitted, wobbly and not functioning properly) and not the original repair request.
Then after sending it back for the original repair and after 2 weeks of chasing a passcode was requested from their technicians for the phone to be unlocked despite the phone not even having a passcode.
Finally the phone comes back to me and one of the badly fitted repairs breaks after a day. I notified them of the break and they reply saying records show that they didn't repair the part that broke.
Not prepared to send it back again as I no longer trust them to deal with anything competently. I would rather loose the money than deal with such dimwits.
Terrible company - ordered a phone 7 - 10 days delivery. waited 5 weeks and nothing. Cancelled order - now waiting over 3 weeks for money to be refunded. No response.
Bought iPhone 7 and had to return twice, first due to awful battery life, second due to third party, bleached-out replacement screen. Will see what third attempt brings!

Please do not deal with this company, they have taken my money and did not deliver the phone, despite fobbing me off with it was going through checks and would then be dispatched. They are difficult to contact and when i did finally cancel the order, 14 days later, they promised me a refund within 14 days. I am still waiting for the refund and have had to put this payment into dispute with my credit card company. I gave Quick mobile Fix plenty of time initially to dispatch the goods and then to refund but they have not done so. I have to wonder if it is a scam.

Avoid this company..a pack of liars, kept fobbing me of with excuses and false information everytime i emailed them. They were full of apologies and delays about when the device was going to be sent out.
It has been nearly a month and 20 emails later from when i placed the order and no actual reason for why they never sent a device out.
More than likely they never had a device and were just trying to pocket my money. In the end i got a refund back with Paypal.
I find it ironic that i have used them twice before and the devices were delivered within 2 days.
So do your research with this outfit before placing an order with them.

Sent my Oneplus 3T for repair for a cracked screen they did amazing job on the repair and the screen is fixed with no issues to the phone. The main reason i gave them 3 stars is how long it fricking took more then a moth and i had to constantly ask them for progress and felt like the only way to get my phone repaired was to constantly ask for updates. It felt deceiving calling themselves quick mobile fix when they fricking took a month to get it repaired and the tracking report shows evidence of that it took them almost a week to finally start getting repairs started and then they had to order the parts and that took a while. SO yeah they do a great service with a great quote on price but they took soooo long it does not seem worth.

The iPhone 7 Plus I ordered a couple months ago arrived a few weeks after expected date due to a system error that I was notified of but when it did finally arrive I was super pleased with the condition it was in. Fab phone! Had a problem with the charger that was sent, so I contacted the team and they had no issue with sending a replacement cable. Thanks for everything! Despite what others are saying, the phone I ordered still works like new. I have ordered multiple items from this company and have never had a major issue, so would overall recommend! :)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I ordered a phone back in October 2020 and we are still trying to get a refund despite being promised this within 14 days of cancellation, after the phone never arrived. If you look through these reviews you will see that many others are in the same position. We are currently going through our credit card insurance to get the money back. If only I had looked at the reviews before I bought. Doh!
Horrific experience with this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are wise! Ordered an iPhone 7 on 13th Dec. for my sons Christmas. When it had not arrived by 19th Dec I started to worry & when they emailed to say they had a 10 day dispatch time I decided to cancel. I emailed to ask to cancel this order & was told the next day it had been dispatched. Problem solved I thought, only to be told next day dispatch notice was an error. I was furious , it was Dec 21st & still no phone for my son. I cancelled the order [ AGAIN].

I ggave them tracking signed id & they had to acknowledge receipt, no apology though.
No reply by company to two separate customer complaints emails. Refund of money came on 13th February, when cancelled phone on Dec21st. 9 weeks later OUTRAGEOUS!

Ordered the phone because of the quick delivery suggested on the site. However after 2 weeks, I got nothing and no response from email. Had to call and wait 1 hour+ in queue before being able to talk to someone who did quickly send the phone out for next day delivery and phone was as described so no problems there.
Would have been 5 star if i didnt have to wait so long for delivery and have to go through this much hassle to get in contact with them
I have had my phone fixed twice with Quick Mobile Fix. The first time was great - a cracked glass screen was replaced and the phone returned within a couple of days. The second repair was first a disgnosis to confirm that a new screen and digitiser was needed, then the repair itself. Service wasn't quite so fast - about four days, which is still quite good. However, the GPS function didn't work when I got the phone back. This turned out to be the screws holding it together needed to be tightened just anothe half turn to make sure the GPS antenna is connected. Everything is good now.
Generally I am happy with their service, will use them again if I need to, and have recommended them to friends.

After a short delay the iPhone 6s I ordered arrived. Like new and had a screen protector already fitted. Seems good quality.

I get the same pointless response from their customer service - they can't tell me when my order will be dispatched but will email me before it is!! Lol. Phones came in the said time, they are both good quality and as expected.
Absolutely awful experience that still goes on. Purchased a phone as was quite quite a long lead time. The phone didn t arrive so I chased. Was promised it with a week. Still no phone. Again was promised it bit nothing arrived so I cancelled the order. Was told I would have my refund within 14 working days which seemed excessive but there was nothing I could do. Well we are now a month passed the order cancellation and they still haven t refunded it despite emails saying management has been informed. There is no phone number to talk to anyone so you email customer service every time and have to wait 48 hours for a reply.
I m my opinion you should stay away as I m now having to go through the fraud department at MasterCard to get my money back. Disgraceful

I think I ve been scammed! I purchased an IPhone 7 for my daughters birthday and it arrived but wasn t unlocked and other issues. Was advise to send it back and it would be returned in which I was sceptical about after reading the bad reviews but was assured it would be ok. I sent it recorded delivery on Friday and can see from my end it has been delivered and signed for but yet to hear anything back from quick mobile fix!!! I ve tried calling now for 2 days and my emails are no longer being replied to!!!
I will give them till Thursday which is when we should have the phone back but then I m contacting the police, trading standards and consumer watch dog. I would advise anyone using Quick Mobile Fix to make sure there purchase is insured before using.

The Consumer Rights Act allows a full refund within 28 days after the date you receive your phone.

My 'Pristine' iPhone 6s had ;
# An aftermarket and below spec screen (lower brightness and a different shape ear aperture to an actual iPhone)
# An aftermarket rear case (no CE number at the bottom, but 2 dubious stickers covering the gap where it's normally engraved)
# A battery health of a poor 85%
Plus getting thru to them is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
My doomed refund call required me to be on hold in a 'queue' for 1 hour and 10 mins. Their auto hold message says they have a 'Team' waiting and that 'your call is important to us'.
Yeah right.
The good news is that I've been given a refund by those nice people at Barclaycard (and can keep my sub standard QMF phone as a spare).
If they hadn't, I'd have taken this tin pot company to court.

I have previously bought 2 phones from QMF and been happy with the products and the service. On this occasion I found it very frustrating and unacceptable to have to wait 7 working days until the phone would be dispatched. If your phone is broken you need an immediate replacement. As I was going away I had to buy a cheap temporary phone to serve me till this one arrived. Once the phone did come it was as good as I had hoped.

Ordered a pristine Iphone 7 from them on the 02 April and like everyone else expected to receive it in 5-7 working days. Despite numerous emails chasing and being fobbed off with generic emails saying it will be a dispatch within 24-48 hours it finally arrived on the 30th April!!
Turned the phone on and the screen was awful and dull and grey and not what you would expect for a Pristine phone using grade A parts. Clearly they changed supplier to a less adequate one as the phone I brought from them last year was fine (never had this trouble last year, if only I knew the world of pain I was in for)!
I highlighted the issue with them and sent it back for a replacement. They confirmed receipt on the 04 May and again came the generic fobbing off emails. Finally got sick of it all and asked to cancel the order as I still hadn t received the replacement phone on the 05th June and was told the Finance department is looking into it.
3 days later out of the blue they dispatched the phone to me, when I queried the reason for it being sent when I cancelled the order, I was told it had already been processed for dispatch .seriously 1 month of being fobbed off, you instruct to cancel the order and they send it in 3 days! Jokers! Received it on the 12 June (39 days it took!!)
GUESS WHAT?? The new phone they sent me to replace the faulty one .is still faulty and the screen is still awful. Now they are saying I can t return the phone for a refund as its out the money back guarantee .but I think you will find I cancelled the order before you sent the replacement phone to me and oh yeah the replacement is still faulty!! Regardless of any money back guarantee.
All I m getting is an outright refusal to refund my money if I return the device.

Do not buy from this company!! Requested refund on refurbished phone that did not work in Sept 18, 100's of promises to refund from Quick Mobile Fix and still no payment, its now March 2019.....

I received my i phone 6 very promptly. This was followed up by a call from customer relations. Its now about six weeks since I received the phone, and as Ive absolutely no problems to report I have no hesitation in giving it five stars.

Certainly an experience so far with this company. Now 15 days since ordering an Iphone 6. Struggled to get hold of them on the phone, but after 4 attempts someone did pick up (after being on hold of 45 minutes), and when I said I was enquiring about an order I had not received, they put the phone down. (AMAZING). Now left to waiting for an answer via email. Depending upon answer will determine request for refund, and possible notification to trading standards.
Was hesitant about QMF after reading so many bad reviews but I got my iphone X in great condition, you wouldn't even notice that it was refurbished. After 10 working days I still didn't receive my tracking order so I contacted them and I received it the next day. It was a fairly long wait but worth it in the end.
Reconditioned iPhone 5s in pristine condition as advertised online. Boxed, looked brand new and no marks or tiny scratches for grade A. It was a birthday present for teenager. No problems, 1 month of use.
Don't give you ur phone until 2 months after, even though being in the same country, and even with that your phone dies in about a months use.

Avoid buying from this website at all cost. The mobile phones they advertise do not exist. I placed an order for an advertised I-phone SE, only to be told the space grey colour I had chosen was out of stock. They took my money from the bank within one working day but its now over a month before it has been paid back. Calls goes unanswered, looks like once they log your call and know you want refund, you are black listed. My problem with this company is why advertise phones which are not in stock. You mislead people splashing pictures of phones which do not exist, then you run around like headless chickens trying to get one which meets the specifications chosen once order is placed. That means there is no guarantee that the phone you have chosen is the one you receive. I strongly advice people considering to buy on this website to go to shops where you can actually see and inspect the phone. I did just that and am very happy with what I got!.

Quick Mobile Fix's customer service was pretty appalling. I struggled to contact them after realising I'd made a mistake with my address on the order. They were unable to rectify this and therefore I had many email exchanges with them before I was able to understand that it could be delivered to a depot. The products did however arrive and I have been happy with them so far. Improve your customer service and I would be able to recommend.
This is my second warning to stay clear of these clowns. I purchased an iPhone then after 1 week of no delivery decided to cancel the order because of no 1 answering the phone or replies to emails. I wrote another email requesting a cancellation then 1 week later I received a reply saying my refund would be processed in 10-14 working days, bloody ridiculous and I doubt the refund will happen. Next week I will be contacting the police if I m not refunded as this is nothing other than fraudulent.
i thought at first it was taking a long time to arrive and when I looked at the order it really didn't take that long. and the phone is in a good order and I would definitely order of this company again and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Excellent i-pad, as described and arrived in good time. Have always found communication to be good, letting us know the order was on its way.
They have had my iPad for 12 weeks and I'm chasing them every day for an update. Same message, 'we're waiting for parts but they will be coming in the next few days.' Then after a few days, it's the same.
Lots of broken promises. I cannot recommend this company. Poor outfit.
The whole process took too long and the value of my phone was reduced.

The phone is as described and I m pleased, however I really would recommend using another company unless you want to be ignored & lies to by staff that work there. The company is either clearly close to liquidation or they truly do not care for hard working people. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered a phone in June, since then I have received two faulty phones, Quick Mobile Fix say they have not received the second return even though we have proof of tracking from the Post Office, and are now not responding to my emails requesting a full refund.
Don't bother phoning - they don't answer your calls!
Update - Quick Mobile Fix saw my review and emailed me to tell me my order placed nearly 3 months ago is being processed. This was a week ago - I haven't heard from them since.
I would recommend you save yourself the hassle of trying to get some customer service and go elsewhere for your phone!
Easy to use. Great postage is included. Although APC is a rubbish courier and lets your service down with slow delivery times. Sometimes have to follow up tricky repairs but always happy to help. Would recommend.

Ordered an iPhone 7 on the 9 of June and it has only just come on 16 ofJuly , have yet to try out the phone and just hoping it work fully that I dont have to make another bad review . If you want to order a phone prepare your self for a long wait and hell loads of emails trying to contact the company after they said it will be dispatched on the 9 , 7 days later and it is here .yet I can not fault the company on its customer service yet after making come complainant they kept daily in touch with me and letting me know the time and date given for the phone.
Complete scam. I ordered a phone, took around 2 weeks until I emailed them, and they took at least 72 hours to respond. They said that they would update the delivery to express, however it never arrived. Refunds are almost impossible to get to pay with a credit card!
Very pleased with the quality of the phone given the low cost. Only problem (which is why 4 stars not 5) was that delivery took a long time which is annoying when you're replacing a phone that was stolen so you're at an inconvenience for a while. Order ID273941
UPDATE: I commenced a claim through PayPal and surprise surprise - within 5 mins of me opening the claim I received a full refund from this BS excuse of a company. They re scamming you, don t fall for it.
Feel incredibly fobbed off . Ordered a phone on Sunday 27th May, factoring in 5-7 working days today is the 7th day and ideally my phone should have been despatched by now.
I have emailed them multiple times, receiving generic replies such as on Monday being told my order would be dispatched in 1 to 2 working days and then today being told today or tomorrow which is effectively the same thing.
By this afternoon it was looking increasingly unlikely that my phone would be despatched today so have emailed cancelling my order and am now going through PayPal to recover my money.
Also, their phone is constantly engaged - have called maybe 10 times today.
I hope that my refund is resolved quickly and I am not given the generic 10-12 days response. I am left feeling very confused and disappointed as I had high hopes for this company despite all the negative reviews. I feel as though I have been scammed.
