DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely shocking service!! I used them to sell my phone and they send you no confirmation for when they received it or keep you updated on what s going and they never answer the customer service phone. As soon as you send the phone you are completely left in the dark

They tell you that you get payment as soon as they receive the phone but it actually takes 20 working days and they never inform you of this.

Abmismal company with disgusting service.

I will be filing a complaint with insolvency service as they have blocked my email!?

After reading the other reviews they are responding on here with absolute rubbish saying they can t locate the order.
