DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICES TO THIS COMPANY - They are incompetent, I am still in discussions with them due to an ipad they put in the post which has now disappeared. I'm on the 43rd email in what seems like i'm in correspondence with a robot. I have tried phoning and the phone is always engaged (3 times a day morning and evening). I am trying to obtain compensation for my lost item in which im getting nowhere. Emails attached for evidence, i've uploaded a sample of their emails to show everyone how they communicate (names removed).
