I ordered a reconditioned iPhone 8. After over a month there was no sign of it so I requested a refund - another month has gone by and still no refund and they won t even respond to any emails. Now I ve had to get my credit card company involved. Whatever you do, steer clear of these cowboys.

Update: I have contacted both your email and your chat line and have had NO response whatsoever and no refund.

Update 2: Another month gone by and still no refund. Now in the hands of Barclaycard and trading standards.
