DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I ordered a phone on 22nd May. I did not receive a confirmation email with expected despatch details. I had to chase them several times to then be told it would take up to 10 days. After reading the reviews on here I decided to cancel the order on31st May. I was advised by them I would get confirmation of the refund within 24 hrs. I am still waiting for this 8 days later despite having chased them for a response. I have now had to escalate this to PayPal as a dispute.
I wish I had read the reviews on this company earlier.
Incidentally I ordered a similar phone for a similar price on music magpie and received it the following day.
