AVOID!
Ordered iPhone for hubbys Birthday, so his old phone could go to our daughter for her Birthday and it never arrived - messing up two Birthday's!
Phone ordered on 4th September
Emailed 13th to chase arrival
Replied 14th telling me to wait a further 3 working days
Emailed 20th to chase - replied same day saying still working on my order I replied immediately saying not happy and requested cancellation and refund - No reply
Further email chasing cancellation 21st - no reply
Further email chasing cancellation 22nd - no reply
Emailed 23rd to inform I would contact bank - no reply
Replied 24th asking if I wanted to cancel - same day I replied to say I'd asked for that on 20th!
25th they emailed to say sorry about that and they would look in to cancellation and would take 14 working days to refund!
I replied straight away to say not happy with that reply as already had my money for over 3 weeks and no goods arrived, to take a further 14 working days to refund is not acceptable - No Reply!
27th spoke to my bank and they refunded me and chasing QMF for the funds due to no goods arriving.
