Worst customer experience I ve ever experienced. I placed an order on the 7th August and immediately cancelled it. After two working weeks, the refund had still not gone through and I was told to wait a further 4 working days. It has now been almost a month and i am no closer to receiving my refund.
It doesn t help that customer support takes a day or two to reply to emails, and their contact number is never answered. I honestly would hate to see what occurs inside their offices if this is the way they run their business.
It s honestly better to buy a refurbished phone off of amazon or eBay for a heavily discounted price.
