AVOID THIS COMPANY AT AL COSTS 5 weeks for what was supposed to be a 48 hr screen repair. starts with an email saying 4-7 days for working parts. that expired. told engineers are working on it urgently. clearly weren't. told it's being done and I shall hear soon. didn't. then their "customer service" just stopped responding, with presumably the intent of not only not doing the repair, but also stealing my phone and I shall have to be reporting it as such.
