Do not buy from this company. I had a terrible experience. Perhaps they have gotten better since but honestly not worth the risk. I ordered a phone in January and by the end of the 10 working days my product hadn't been dispatched. Truthfully, by the 9th working day (which was a friday) I tried to cancel the order because of the scary reviews but was convinced not to by one of their team members. On the 10th day I then went forward to cancel it...the first person i spoke to hung the phone up on me.(Definitely was not a mistake as they did not attempt to call back). I called again a while later and managed to get through after a 40 minute wait on the phone was offered compensation etc etc but I still went ahead with the refund. They state that it will take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. Given their track record I expected the full 30 days to be expired before receiving a refund. But it has now been well over a month and I am still waiting for the refund. I contacted them recently and they simply pushed the date 'due to the Christmas backlog'. Pushing the date back by over a month. Disappointing. (Order ID ID214357) Really hope they sort out their system in the future but it is really worrying that they think this is OK. They should have been the ones to contact me about the refund delay, if it was indeed a Christmas delay it would have been a foreseen problem
