I would urge anyone considering using this company to just go somewhere else. It s really really not worth the hassle - what you think you re saving in money you will pay for with parts of your soul........
Ordered phone, came weeks late - finally arrived after a month. Received emails from them; one saying delay due to high demand, the other saying was due to additional quality checks. Lies! Screen was faulty, headphone jack didn t work at all. Sent it back, now in week 3 of waiting for the replacement. Called customer services countless times now and not managed to speak to anyone. Always engaged or the hold never ends. Would be great to speak to someone instead of waiting for 25mins on hold and then being cut off.....The order tracker on their site doesn t work either. It s a nightmare!
