As I sit here on the phone waiting nearly 20 mins for them to answer after been trying since 9 o clock this morning and finally getting through at 3.45 I'm writing this review . Ordered 2 phones for my sons for santa on the 1st of December and still havnt been dispatched I keep getting the same mails back the past 5 days that it will b dispatched in the next day. I'm absolutely livid here as they are my sons xmas presents . If I don't get them by Christmas I will be going further about this matter . People please stay clear. Iv never been so stressed they should never of took my order if they can't get it to people on time . The costemer service is a discrase the time your let waiting on a response back . Quick enough taking my money
