The company clearly states that the phones will be dispatched between 3-5 working days. After 5 days had passed I chased them and two days later they came back with a bizarre excuse which related to 'extra quality control checks on the device you ordered'. A day later they informed me that it would be with the courier in 24-48 hours (which actually meant 4 days later because it was a weekend and the courier they use doesn't work on weeks). Upshot is that it will have taken 2 weeks from ordering to delivery, which also means I will be without it for a 3 week trip to the US.
