If your order goes through ok you will be fine which accounts for most of the positive responses I think however, if you are one of the unlucky ones who hits a problem you really will struggle to contact Quick Mobile Fix customer service. I have experienced both sides. You really do role the dice dealing with this company so please beware. My recent order remains unfulfilled after 11 days and counting, I have asked for a refund twice so far just to be asked again if I'm sure !? Phone engaged all day today and email responses have around a 12 hour delay at best. Tried twitter and Facebook but obviously only 1 person works on customer service and responds to all formats. My advise (which I need to take next time)? Buy through Amazon where you get proper customer service when things go wrong and a no quibble refund if you have been inconvenienced.
