Extremely poor service. Extremely poor communication. Phone didn't arrive despite chasing. Cancelled order. Refund didn't arrive despite chasing. I have finally received my refund today after yet more email chasing, formally complaining in writing and reporting to trading standards. Shambolic.
Will never use this company again.
