Ordered my phone Monday night, with what I thought...

Ordered my phone Monday night, with what I thought would be a fast delivery as promised upon checkout. To then receive an email saying they aim to despatch within 7 working days. Got to the 7th working day and I d heard nothing so I emailed them, got a response to say they basically havnt even got the phone and it will be delayed until Tuesday at the earliest. I cancelled the order for them then to tell me the refund would take 14 days, 14 days when they took my money in a matter of seconds for a phone that didn t actually exist. How a company thinks 14 days is acceptable when your purely cancelling an order that didn t actually exist in the first place is robbery in my eyes. Seems from other reviews that they re keeping people s money for as long as possible to earn interest on it or pay staff because they clearly cannot manage their cash flow.

Delayed responding to emails when you mention anything about refunds or cancelling the order, probably to make it more like 30 days than 14.
