Ordered phone and waited and waited . No phone arrived no e mails sent to me to explain why . Tried phone no over a period of 3 days .. 29 th on waiting list, 22nd in waiting list, 24 th in waiting list... gave up . Then e mailed them , sent standard reply about delivery times nd got a lot of rubbish about despatch hold ups After over 2 weeks sent another e mail and got reply about quality problems, more rubbish so I cancelled , told I would get money in 14 days believe that if you will . All in all not a company I would ever deal with ever !!
