I ordered a new phone on the 29th August 2019. They said delivery would be around 7 days. I m still waiting.. I ve tried to complain but get condescending e mails saying there is a problem with quality control. I have asked for my money back three times now to no avail. Absolutely outrageous. They are taking money off honest working people but are not honest about the delivery times etc. I am now very worried I won t get my money back. I needed a phone so I had to go elsewhere . Do no use this company. You will regret it.
