My 3 month old phone, Samsung S8 purchased abroad ...

My 3 month old phone, Samsung S8 purchased abroad and not covered by EU warranty required a software reset, I was pointed to this firm by the seller under their Guarantee terms. QMF had the phone for 4 weeks and then sent it back with the original fault! Nothing had been done.....I've now taken the phone to Phone Giant and they have fixed the phone within a day at half the price. DO NOT USE Quick Mobile Fix - they are a scam company - their responses here are a pretence - as for the response posted on my review they know full well who I am. There is a legal case to get the payment refunded. I repeat Use QMF at your peril. Any negative feedback on their YouTube channel gets deleted, this company is bad.
