Ordered a iPhone 8 waited 13 days with no communic...

Ordered a iPhone 8 waited 13 days with no communication, I emailed the company and received a reply saying it takes 10 working days to arrive I was already waiting longer. Over a week later still nothing I emailed them saying I wish to cancel the order and would like a refund. Im Im still waiting for my money to be put back in which takes 14 working days!!!! Absoulute cowboy of a business im not happy at all they will act like they care by replying to this review but they need not bother. Have started the process of reporting them to trading standards.

Quick update I have still not received my money it should have been back in today on the 21st of April after 3 weeks and now they are telling me I'll have to wait till at least the 14th of may untill I receive any money back. Absolutely fed up of this now all they have to do is issue a refund through their online banking system but everyone I ask it's an excuse such as the banking systems don't work quick enough.

Let me leave this pause for thought,

1. Why would a company not have a contact phone number?
2. Why does it take over 7 days to deliver?
3. Why do they treat customers the way they do.

I will continue updating this until I get my money back if I ever do .

BTW I'm still waiting for a refund they keep telling me it will take 5 more days everytime I ask.

But they have the money to pay celebrities to have pictures with them and promote their business.

At a moment where alot of people can't afford to lose a pound these have robbed me of 219 pound in broad daylight, well I hope there enjoying there freebies I could do with my money now to feed my kids as such!

Shameful hoax of a company you really have worked me up so much I hope you lose everything.
