I've ordered a phone from them and they sent it to another address. After weeks of emails and phone calls they managed to get it back and now I got another email that they've dispatched it to the same wrong address. They are incompetent! Just phoned them again and tried to get through to a manager and she's obviously unavailable, but they promised to call me back within an hour. I think I'm going to sue this place
