I ordered two phones in November last year as Xmas gifts. It stated they would be delivered between 7-10 working days or possibly sooner. I had to contact them 3 weeks later as I had no update, to be told that due to COVID-19 their QC department was struggling with demand. I cancelled my order on the 9th December and am still to this day 16/2/21 waiting for my refund. Almost 20 emails back and forth with excuse after excuse why they can t process my refund. I was last promised my refund on or before the 2nd of February.
I ve now had to dispute the transaction with Barclays so fingers crossed I get refunded soon.
I ordered with music magpie the day I cancelled this order and had them the next day.
Avoid these scammers and save yourselves the head work of trying to get your money back when they don t deliver what you order.
