Shambles. They received my phone for recycling on 25th September and ever since I have been fobbed off as they 'are experiencing severe delays across their recycling departments'. Every time I email they tell me a new time scale for receiving the money and nobody answers when you call them. I get the impression they have pocketed my phone so I'm going to report them to trading standards. Avoid this company. Order ID 76F2B3
