I ordered a phone 9th of january, Waited more than weeks for a refurbished iphone 6s which came with a broken screen and was totally unusable,i sent it back for a replacement but decided to go for a refund but after a month of no replacement i asked for a refund today is the 28th of march 2018 still haven't gotten a refund or replacement. I m getting the same repetitive emails all the time. I had heard great reviews from friends but definitely would not recommend. It was for a present for my little brother and he is distraught that his birthday money is still gone and no phone or money refunded to show for it. It s an absolute disgrace
