Appalling business. I ordered an iPhone8 for my son in February and it never came. Have been fighting to get my money back ever since. Their latest correspondence (4th July) reads:
"We do understand that a lengthy refund process can be frustrating and we do apologise for this. Despite current challenges we are continuing to provide our services as best as we can. Unfortunately, the current situation might cause some delays in our refund process due to shortage of staff and our banking system, however, we do want to ensure that we will be providing your refund on the date provided. Please understand that we are unable to expedite the date given (which is 13th August).
Steer clear of these charlatans - I only wish i had read all of these reviews first...
