Honestly I wouldn t give this company even one star. After ordering a iPhone X with estimated time of seven working days for arrival. I asked to cancel the order with which I had no reply after taking over two weeks. I bought a new phone in the process from apple because I needed a phone. I tried to call them to cancel and after hour awaiting in a cue, my call was terminated immediately and no reply to my emails. I received the phone 5 weeks after ordering it, so I sent it back with recorded and signed for delivery within the allotted 14day sent back procedure as stated on website. I ve had no refund and it s now been a whole month since I ve sent it back. Stay clear from this terribly run company!!

If i could do no stars I would. They take your money for phones they don't have and you won't find out until 7-9 working days after order ! You cannot get hold of anyone to get your refund whether you try to phone, email , Facebook message or tweet - avoid like the plague as they are crooks. I will be seeking legal advice today to get my money back

Said phone would be delivered 7 to 10 working day's with nothing then when I asked for refund I now have to wait 14 working day's for my money back... I would not bother with this company. I will be calling my bank Monday to sort refund.. all you get from customer services is we are still within our 14 day time frame.. what a joke.
Now had to go through bank to get refund... disgusting service.. you need closing down

Ordered an iPhone 6 128GB on the 9/5/19 and received it on the 20/5/19. The phones appearance was as described very good, as yet it has not been given to my grand kid so cannot comment on how it functions. 4 Stars for this phone. Will point out that I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge a day before for the another member of the family - still waiting on posting notification after being told it would be dispatched within 4 working days or even sooner. Three weeks on emails now not being answered, impossible to contact them on the phone due to horrendous queuing timing - latest attempt started 8th in the queue and gave up after an hour at number 4. Very quick to take the money which I don't mind so long as they send the item ordered as quickly.

Quickmobilefix have terrible customer service - please beware before you make an order. Phone ordered mid December as a Christmas present. Emailed but no response from customer service. Got in touch again in the New Year to cancel the phone (don't even try to phone as the queues are incredible). They finally emailed and agreed to refund but then said it would take 30 days to get a refund even though they are legally obliged to refund within 14 days. Very poor response . Still no refund...NOt only did I have a disappointed child on Christmas day, have wasted so much time trying to get this sorted and am still waiting for a resolution

Disgusting service! I am have been waiting for a mobile for a month now. I have followed two times and it still has not been dispatched. Either dispatch in 2 working days (Tuesday 31 March 2020) or refund the money if it is not possible. Otherwise I will be reporting you to the ombudsman.

UPDATE: I received a confirmation for refund on the 31 March 2020 and that it would take 14 working days. It has now been over 20 working days and I received an email apologising and to wait 48 hours for a response from the finance department and 72 hours to confirm what date I will receive my refund. JUST REFUND MY MONEY.

I highly recommend the BACK MARKET. I ordered a phone and received it withing two working days and it is amazing condition.

ITS A SCAM after making an order and waiting for weeks I decided to cancel my order in which a had to wait for weeks for my money whilst waiting I emailed them at least 10 times in which I was met with the same automated response you will be contacted by the accounts manager within 24-28 hours YOU WILL NOT RECIVE YOUR PHONE OR REFUND don t waist your time or money. Best thing to do is call up your bank doesn t matter it you paid by credit or debit, explain your situation and you ll be issued a refund that day. I called up mine (Halifax) and was given my money back about 5 minutes later.

Please please DONT buy from this company. Look at their Facebook page first, read comments from real people who are angry and frustrated.These guys will take your money, if you're lucky you'll get a phone (mine was supposedly A grade but had 2 major faults) and then you'll spend weeks/months chasing them for your refund. Apparently they are being investigated by police and have been reported to trading standards. I have had to use my credit card to raise a dispute to get my money back. Go to Music Magpie instead, they are fab and you can actually speak to a person when you call them!

I had purchased an apple iPhone 6 from this company back in April 2020. After waiting 6 weeks I still had not recieved the phone. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Several emails later I was told I would get a refund in July 2020 . Nothing materialised. I have still not had a refund and have been sent a reply to my most recent email on 9th December 2020 telling me I will be refunded on the date shown on the email. Just keep getting fobbed off with replies saying they are having bank complications due to covid. Getting absolutely no where, shocking customer service. I am still waiting for a refund after 9 months . Dreadful company Trading standards have been informed.

I have already contacted my crefit card company.

Have bought several iPhones as well as having iPad repairs done. I really recommend these guys as, whether I've taken my iPad into their office or sent it by post they've always been great. Products are always as described when buying refurbished phones.

wish I read reviews before ordering a phone as a Christmas present.i ordered a phone in November to allow plenty time for it to be delivered for Christmas. It is now past the dispatch time of ten working days and have received an email stating that they can't guarantee delivery for that specific model.why are they taking orders for phones they know they can't deliver?.cant phone them as you never get through and don't reply to your email till a day later and when they do reply they don't answer any specific questions you ask just a generic answer stating they can't guarantee delivery. I have now requested to cancel my order and a refund.reading the reviews and the scare stories of waiting months for a refund it looks like I will have to go through my bank for it AVOID !!!!!!!!

Emailed them many times after the 10th working day and just keep getting "oh yes just another 3-5 working days", after no hope they sent an email back Saturday and suggested at the absolute very latest I will have it by this week Monday-Wednesday, it is now Friday and still not here... .. Knowing I probably wouldn't get it I emailed on the Wednesday and they still haven't got back to me, their customer service is about as good as that burnt steak I had last week with no seasoning.

I'm heading to Barclays this afternoon to get my money back on the terms of "goods not received", thank you for ruining a loyal customer who has bought 3 phones from you in the past and also has got his family to buy phones from you. I work in a call centre and your customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I even gave them chances saying yeah that's fine I'll wait a little longer, but there comes a point when you even question if you've been scammed.

It's hilarious how they have now removed inbound calls and the online chat system because they know they've screwed up, but now with their new email contact they don't even reply to you :)

Also QMF don't bother to reply to my review "sorry bout that Aidan, please contact this email for more info" as that is the most patronising thing I keep seeing on these google reviews.

Don't worry this company will be bust soon, look at the reviews, everyone is having the same issue.

They sent me 4 replacement phones that were faulty over a period of about 3 months. 4 phones! I finally lost patience and went somewhere else. It is beyond belief that a company could happily send out 5 faulty phones to a customer. Avoid.

I ordered a refurbished Iphone 6 from this website and it arrived a week later (despite the 3-5 day promise) As I opened the item it was in a very good condition, however, when I attempted to use the phone there was a problem with the screen. The screen was blurry and jittery and I could barely make out what it said on the screen! I sent it back that afternoon and have had nothing but problems trying to get a refund!

They do not answer calls and take way to long to respond to emails for which it is the same response everytime... "24-72 hours for dispatch", they've now said this 3 times and tis been over a month. They don't care about customers and they don't own phones... don't waster your time or money. I will be talking to my bank to ensure I receive a refund. ALERT - Fraudsters/Scammers. Item ordered on 22nd March with a 10 day delivery. Patience given due to COVID-19. But by 8th April had not arrived and still couldn't give me a delivery date. I was offered a refund which and took it. (Then ordered the product from another site and it came 2 days later at half the price). Said I could expect refund by end of April. Did not appear. Chased almost daily throughout May for a bit of sport being promised it would arrive on or before 29th May with the same standard apology reply, very politely worded, but not answering a single one of my questions. Each time it was sent from another member of the team. This company must be huge - I work for a huge organisation with 4000 staff and we don't have as many members of the customer service team that they sign off their emails with! I would guess that in order to warrant that many customer service staff there must be at least 10000 employees - but that isn't possible. Must be that the customer service is so unbelievably poor that that is a huge department - or they are not entirely truthful..... Bank Fraud team involved so not worried but please save yourselves the hassle.

Awful experience. Purchased a phone 5th December for Christmas. Very unlikely to receive it on time at this rate. After paying for delivery in 3-5 working days we've been waiting since then . Only to be told in the meantime that they didn't have it in the colour selected! Very bad customer service. Had been told after the delay and non delivery that it would be finally here 100% before Xmas. Response very poor
Tracking number not working. They are saying they have lots of issues with lots of missing tracking numbers. Ridiculous and frustrating. Taking money for stock they do not have then not delivering anything! Avoid avoid avoid!

In response to your reply re: tracking you did email to say 'departed' on 16th of December. Today is 23rd of December and still no phone and as you will see from screenshots of emails I have sent to you the tracking number is not working.

I am convinced all of the positive reviews on your website appearing very recently are fake. Because all I see here are negative feedback

The worst phone company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

My phone was suffering from the LG bootloop issue. Even a minor bit of Googling will tell you that this is a HARDWARE issue, which LG state is a result of a "loose contact between components". It is a very simple fix - all you have to do it replace the motherboard.

Quick Mobile Fix kept my phone for 23 days (quick?) before telling me that this SOFTWARE issue was inoperable. Not only do I believe the diagnosis was wrong, but the way I was treated by customer services was truly awful.

Although I used the Repair Tracker, this is incredibly basic and gives no detail. So I emailed about my concerns, and was told that I would receive an update within a specified time. Once the time had passed, there was no update from them.

Often their emails did not answer my questions. One of their phone staff even stated she had never heard of this problem and said "most people have iPhone issues". If you are only able to fix iPhones, market yourselves as an iPhone company!

I was told it was with a senior technician over a week ago, but heard no updates since then. I wasn't hoping for a magic fix, all I wanted was to remain INFORMED, which apparently this company is incapable of doing.

Hold times are unbelievably long too.

Best to avoid this company, despite some good reviews for basic fixes. If you have a really problematic issue with your phone, go elsewhere. This company left me in tears on the phone (embarrassing), and have made me vow only to by iPhones from now on, because anything else is apparently much too difficult for them to wrap their heads around.

Every time I call, I get put on hold for 30/35 minutes and then I get cut off. At this stage, I think I am going to report them. Scum!!!!Do not use them. EVER.

I ordered a reconditioned iPhone 6 on the 9th working day I realised I'd had no email about my phone at all tried to phone no answer, so checked online to read the reviews which wasn't good at all so I requested to cancel my order and wanted a refund as the phone was a Xmas present for my son. I was lucky that I paid for it through PayPal because as soon as I opened a case with them I got a reply saying I would get a refund 10-14 working days, I still never had a explanation to why my order was never sent out in the time frame that they advertise. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else never use these wish I'd have read the reviews before I used them

Terrible experience. I bought a refurbished iphone 7 about 4 montha ago and the sound when calling was terrible that the only way for people to hear me was with headphones. I complained but was told to do a hard reset which didnt help and never got a reply again.
I gave it another chance and this time bought a prestine condition iphone 6s and the charge lasts 10min and takes forever to charge. I complained and was told to do the same. Hard reset which does not work. I am still waiting for a reply of how to get it exchanged.
Do not buy refurbished phones as the garantee or 28 days money back does not work. It seems to be fake

Didn t need fixing, was just a phone I bought from them and it took more than 2 weeks to get here. I have Had to Return the device several times and each time they do nothing to rectify the problems and try Adding extra charges on for problems the device has had from the beginning. Their Customer Service is appalling. They take ages to respond to any of your issues and do no answer phone calls no matter how hard you try!

I ordered 2 x Excellent Condition (Grade A) iPhone X's baring in mind Grade A is their top value option and received 2 phones which look like they have been kicked about before being packed... i would struggle to say they are even classed as good condition. I have contacted customer service who do not seem to care a less and also are telling me it takes a minimum of 7-10 working days for this to be corrected upon them receiving their useless products back. Absolutely appalling...

Ordered a phone from them after 6 working days called them was told should get the dispatch email by 4pm that day got nothing. so I waited til the 10th working day just called them 35 mins in queue. Got to first caller had a normal ringing time was on that for a further 7 mins (recorded it) no answer gave up after 40plus mins have now contacted PayPal to see what happens next.

I bought an iPhone 6s and received it pretty quickly however, after use I wanted to resell it and I wanted to return it to them. They now told me the phone was reported stolen and that it could not be sold, or returned to me.
Since I bought it from them I can only assume they did it on purpose.
After I brought up that it was their problem they sent me a stolen phone without checking it, they stopped replying.

Reference the response below: who takes over 2 weeks to process a refund?. if you had done it, i would have had my money back, i still haven't had it yet! I hope you're investigated for withholding customers money!
I ordered a phone just before new year. I then changed my mind on which model i wanted, so cancelled my order. Confusion reigned on their part as to what had happened to my order. EVENTUALLY get through on the phone to be told that it has been processed for a refund on 30th December. i still don't have my money back over 2 weeks later. They've had their chance, i have no choice but to follow through with a section 75 on my credit card against the company. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs.

He was sent something totally different. He sent it back, they acknowledged receipt but we heard nothing back for weeks. We then requested a refund in January and we are now in March and he has no phone as we cannot afford to pay for another and his money has not been refunded. I hope you are proud of yourselves Quickmobilefix for scamming a child out of his savings...well done!

I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this honestly has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a student working a part-time job so the weekly instalments suited me. Would've rather payed a different company all the money up front and been broke for two months if I'm being honest. Firstly, had to pay the first two instalments before I had even RECEIVED the phone, once it was payed off the phone randomly died and wouldn't turn on. SO I sent it off to get repaired, it has been on the same status 'waiting to signed to a technician' for over a month now. I've emailed them countless times only to be repeatedly told the phone will be fixed soon, yet no action ever being taken. I am so frustrated and stressed over the fact I've been without a phone for the past month. Feel like I've been completely done over, wouldn't recommend to ANYONE.

The initial purchase of my mobile phone from Quick Mobile Fix (QMF) went fine and the price was good. Unfortunately I immediately had a problem with my purchased device which had a faulty battery. To be fair they did replace the battery and return my phone quickly and then I had good use of the phone for a number of months (a little less than a year). I then needed to return the mobile under warranty because the main (back) camera stopped working unexpectedly. They stated in writing that it would take around a week to fix the problem and return my phone, however, it took about 5 weeks, which became quite inconvenient. During the 5 weeks it proved very difficult to contact QMF and when I did manage to contact them their responses were confusing and unhelpful. At no point was I told when they would actually return my phone and they kept leaving it open-ended. It appeared possible to me that they did not intend to return the phone so I was forced to send them a letter stating that I would take the matter to court unless they resolved the issue within a week. Only after this letter was sent did they return my phone. QMF certainly need to improve their customer service and efficiency if they wish to improve their reputation.

Ordered a "Grade A" iphone which was unresponsive and laggy to the point where it was unusable. Guess that can be a risk with a dodgy looking outfit, so returned for a refund. They received it on 2 May stating that a refund would be given within 10-14 working days. I've been chasing them for the refund ever since and they always have a new excuse for why I'm not getting my money. Spent 40 minutes in a queue on the phone without getting through. Endless promises of "there's been a system error / i'm just checking this with the finance department...you will have your refund within 3 working days tops". It's now 11 June and still nothing. After chasing again and slightly losing my temper I recently got a longer email with a long winded explanation, again stating that I'd have it for sure within 3 working days. 3 days later nothing has been paid back to me. Chased again and got another email saying they'll look into it and email me back within 1 working day. 3 days later and nothing. I'm starting to realize that the only way to get a refund will be to visit their godforsaken industrial estate in ilford and demand it in cash.

First they mislead me on the nature of the product they sold, now they mislead me countless times on when my refund is getting processed. Every time, the email I get is signed off by a different member of staff. Don't believe it for a second, it's basically a few chancers trying to see what they can get away with. They are complete scam artists. Avoid at all costs and go with someone more established.

I requested a refund they said it would take 10-14 working days and it s almost been a month now I ve sent loads of emails and they give me excuses after excuses. Up till now all I get Day after day financial department is investigating and nothing happens. This company is a fraud and a thief and will be punish legally.

Update.
I am currently taking this company to a small claims court, they are a scam.
They have owed me a refund for 3 months and are still messing me around with my refund date.
They will be issued with a ccj if they don t reply in 2 weeks.
Avoid at all costs

Be prepared to wait for your phone ! But the phone delivered is as described. I ordered a Samsung S6 and it is in excellent working order like the description mentioned.

I just had previously left a bad review but changed my mind after they promptly solved my issue.

My bad luck, the device took a week to be delivered and was delivered at the wrong address. After a couple of phone calls and emails Quick Mobile Fix investigated the matter and were able to get me my phone back and assured me of a refund if they couldn't deliver my phone.

Also very important, if paying by credit or debit card , the phone cannot be delivered to shipping address if booking and shipping address are different! I found this out the hard way...

Excellent quality phone,that arrived in perfect condition and in great working order,and arrived well within the time allocated. I purposefully delayed this review just in case an faults developed with the device but I have no complaints on that front. Got to admit that I was a little worried when I read some negative feedback back from some customers about Quick Mobile Fix,but for me they have been great and I would definitely recommend them to others and also use them again. Can only assume that some of the negative feedback may have been left by rival companies.

Really disappointing service. I bought an iPhone for my mother and it had a fault so we had to return it. We have waited over 6 weeks now and have not had a refund or a new phone. Emails are very sporadic and despite saying they'll send a new phone, they have not yet. No one is currently replying to my emails asking for a refund. Really terrible service.

Failure to refund cancelled item. Item canceled on...

Failure to refund cancelled item. Item canceled on 29th March now 18th April. Company are aware they are in breach of consumer rights act of not refunding within 14 working days. I have currently reported company to Ombudsman and citizens advice bureau. Looking at pursuing further action if money is not refunded by the end of the week.

Just picked up my phone after cracking my screen, looks good as new. Great customer service from Fraz and the guy in the office who helped me. Had to come in person as it didn't get fixed in time to be posted before I go on holiday, but they still turned it around in 48 hours which is pretty good. Cheers!
PLEASE NOTE: if picking up in person, it's at the opposite end of Roebuck Road than it says on Google maps. Turn into Roebuck Road from Forest Road and follow it all the way down, straight on past the right turn, and it's on the left.
