This company is the next THOMAS COOK, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

My iPhone XS MAX was ordered on August 31st



Emailed them many times after the 10th working day and just keep getting "oh yes just another 3-5 working days", after no hope they sent an email back Saturday and suggested at the absolute very latest I will have it by this week Monday-Wednesday, it is now Friday and still not here... .. Knowing I probably wouldn't get it I emailed on the Wednesday and they still haven't got back to me, their customer service is about as good as that burnt steak I had last week with no seasoning.

I'm heading to Barclays this afternoon to get my money back on the terms of "goods not received", thank you for ruining a loyal customer who has bought 3 phones from you in the past and also has got his family to buy phones from you. I work in a call centre and your customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I even gave them chances saying yeah that's fine I'll wait a little longer, but there comes a point when you even question if you've been scammed.

It's hilarious how they have now removed inbound calls and the online chat system because they know they've screwed up, but now with their new email contact they don't even reply to you :)

Also QMF don't bother to reply to my review "sorry bout that Aidan, please contact this email for more info" as that is the most patronising thing I keep seeing on these google reviews.

Don't worry this company will be bust soon, look at the reviews, everyone is having the same issue.
