Absolutely shocking. I ordered an iphone 8 phone ...

Absolutely shocking. I ordered an iphone 8 phone over 10 days ago. Still not arrived. I have emailed them on on 3 occafins with no response. My order ID is not trackiing either. Please put my mind at rest somebody, is this a scam company?
I have already contacted my crefit card company.
My advice, stay clear of mobile fix.
