Still waiting for my son's refund with over 3 weeks after purchase , they are now claiming that they did not receive the request for a refund even though I have the email as proof....but surely if the order is still active, the phone would have come by now no??
After half an hour on their 'chat' I am no closer to getting a refund. They keep sending me generic emails and claiming that they will respond after 24 hours but never do. This is an absolute shambles. The CEO should be ashamed. They are breaking the most basic consumer rights act 2015 on late and non delivered goods....when you make a purchase online, by phone or through mail order and the item doesn't arrive or arrives later than expected, you are entitled to request a refund from the seller. They, however seem to be totally above legislation.
Absolute con merchants! Unfortunately my son made a rookie mistake and didn't research the company or reviews before ordering. so if you are considering making a purchase, please hear me when I say, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bad service! My father ordered a device on the 5/10, and still no message to state that the device has been shipped. We have been in contact with the company on a number of occasions to ask where the item will be here or if it has been delivered and we keep getting palmed off stating that we need to wait the time advised. It has now been 3 weeks, I understand waiting 7-10 business days but this has now gone way over the time promised and we are non of the wiser on our device. I am really disappointed at this service provided and would really appreciate some kind of reasonable response about my item.
Dont bother using tis company! Ordered a iphone 5 for Christmas...... only to receive a phone that does not turn on! Have tried to call their customer service number only to hear an automated message to 'leave a message after the tone' - only trouble is you're not able to leave a message as the call disconnects straight away! Honestly this experience has ruined my Christmas as we had to explain to somebody their present that arrived before the 25th is not working! How do you get a full refund?? Complete waste of time!

I have ordered the phone back in September 2019 and I am still waiting for delivery. All the time when I asked about updates or any closer information I got automatic message that have been pasted for many other emails. I regret that I decided to order phone from this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND to order from them to any of you. Try to avoid them unless you dont wanna wait for ages. Terrible services, zero assist and I cant believe that they still have three stars in overall rating.
The worst company there is. I sold my phone to them over a month ago, I have been patiently waiting for payment, contacting them asking how much longer it would be. Not only do they not reply, when they do they say it will be in soon. They ve essentially stolen my phone from me and not paid for it, their customer service is horrendous. They ve taken the phone number off their website so they can use web chat instead. But that s offline too! They just want to take your device and give you nothing for it.
Ordered phone 16th December still not received and no response to emails and phone never answered. Will cancel my order if not received by Friday and get my money back through Barclaycard. This company should be closed down.
I ordered a phone advertised on their site and my payment went through no bother. However a week later I was still waiting for my phone to be dispatched. When I enquired I was told it was moved to top priority and would be dispatched within 2 days. On day 2 of my new deadline I received an email to say they didn't have the phone I'd ordered and offered alternatives. I asked for a refund but then had to spend an hour or so the following day to get them to begin that process after they repeatedly tried to feed me false promises about when my phone they didn't yet have would be dispatched. Avoid like the plague.

Refurbished phone Iphone 8 plus, was delivered faulty despite being described by them as being in pristine condition , Phone returned to them on Jan 2nd, was told would take 14 days to process my refund, well still no refund on 5th Feb , have emailed them twice and got no reply , contacted them on chat, and was fobbed off ! thank gooness i paid by credit card , will now seek redress from them, and make complaint to trading standards . Worst service and interaction I've had for a very long time! I've bought three phones from QMF over the last couple of years, and in the main all have been okay, and even when I've needed to use the warranty for an issue, ( yes - they're a refurbished phone so don't expect them to perform like a new one for long ) it's been dealt with via their pre-paid returns process. The last time I had to do this however they had the phone for over three weeks. Then when we eventually got it back, the case was damaged - evidently glue used and leaked into behind the casing glass. So, not the biggest issue in the world, and indeed one we could accept as phone performance not impacted. However, the big issue is that having bought a top rated refurb phone, 6 months later and during the warranty period we now had a device one could not consider top rated A+ through no fault of our own. I followed their process of sending photos to show the damage, with their QA stickers still on the device, and explained to them we wouldn't return the phone and be without it agin for so long. All I asked was a recognition of the fault they'd caused by ways of some small financial compensation. In the end, QMF refused to do this - in essence it's their way or the highway...there is no acknowledgement that they've maybe messed up and that they value your custom and recommendations(which I'd done to more than one close friend / family). So that's that, but the true warning for y'all is the customer servicing. In short, the time between me raising this issue by email, and then eventually, actually getting someone to call me to discuss was 4 (four) months and 70+ (More than seventy!!!) emails!!!!!! I had every standard, copy and pasted, 'er, yes please thankyou explain your problem', 'we tried to call you', 'erm, what was it you wanted again?', 'ah, we are just hoping that you'll go away eventually' type response from them. It was unbelievable!. Now, (and finally) I guarantee you that should QMF add a response to this review, they will a) not take responsibility, b) suggest I did not follow their requests or suchlike, and c) most definitely give some random type reason that I'm in the wrong and they're not to blame. - this typifies the way they provide customer service. So, I'd suggest you don't bother with these guys, and if anyone would like to compare and contrast their copy and paste QMF responses for a laugh, let me know - I've got 35 of them to hand
Ordered an I Pad that didn`t work, sent back took 3 week to repair. Bought a I Phone that has not arrived after 11 working days. They don`t answer the phone and take days to come back with a brush off answer. Wouldn`t recommend ANYONE to use them. Doesn`t allow me to score the - 5 Stars. BEWARE/BE WARNED !!!

Disgusted with the service! Paid 500 gbp for a phone that wasn t delivered even after a month and a half. Had to call at least 20 times and was promised that the phone will be delivered to me. It wasn t. Then it took another 20 days for them to give me my own money... if I could rate less than one star , I definitely would.

Ordered an iPhone 6s in grade a condition, got sent the phone with a faulty home button, and they tell me that it was all my fault, and that I somehow cut the wire from my home button, and they're trying to charge me for something that I haven't done, when the phones on warrantee, don't order from here, as the customer service is horrendous
This is a company to be avoided at all costs - superfically it seems to be bonefide firmbut sadly this is not the case. I send a working iPad to have a new battery to receive back an non funtioning iPad with sellotape under the screen - communication was at a snails pace and I am awaiting financial compensation.

Absolutely terrible. I sent my phone off, only to be told a week later that they didn't have my parts. Another week later I was told they ordered the wrong parts. All in all took about three weeks to fix... So much for 'quick fix'. Also upon receiving my phone back my screen became completely disfunctional towards the bottom. Not at all professional.
Sent my iPhone to them to get the screen fixed. the screen quality didn't seem too great and within a day it stopped working. they have accepted the phone back but I am worried that when i receive it again, it will be of similar quality.

It took longer than the notified 7 working days for despatch of the pristine iPhone 7. Upon receipt I found the max capacity of the battery was 85%. With this being so easily shown on iPhones now, I do not know why this this is not detailed when advertised on the web page, as apparently although phones are 'refurbished', if as a used phone, the battery capacity is between 80 to 100%, then the battery is not changed during refurbishment. Despite an orange note advising if not happy with the phone, email or telephone, no phone number was given, which for a customer services dept, I find very annoying. Had to have extended exchange of email in the end to "discuss' the fact that the battery capacity was only 85%, despite the phone being 'pristine'. Being aged 70+, I hate to 'chat' or need to have extended email exchanges. For generations, human beings have discussed things by speaking to each other & to be advised that QMF phone lines were "unavailable" is not in my opinion acceptable. This latest phone for me is a great improvement on my previous iPhone 5S & so I will not return for a refund, but run with it until the battery capacity is down to 80% & then send it for a new battery. I think that QMF offer a sensible service for having a good choice of used phones vs paying silly prices for brand new, but I strongly suggest they take not of my comments above.

Truly bad company, AVOID, I can only assume that the positive reviews are fake. They are selling products they don't have so long delays in delivery and no chance of cancelling the order. Phone finally arrived - it was broken. Returned the phone and still waiting for a refund 1 month after they acknowledged receipt. They are either just incompetent or they are crooks....
The name of the shop needs changing as it is anything but quick. It took them 11 working days to fix my mobile screen when I was promised 24 - 48 hours and I haven't included days while it was in post/courier.
They said they didn't have my screen in stock. Even after receiving the screen in stock it took them 5 working days to post it, which is not 24 - 48 hours they promise.
The work they have carried out is of good standards, packaging was good to keep it safe in post.
Communications was really poor, they couldn't tell me exactly how long was I supposed to wait. In fact, I was promised I would get it by Friday but received it the Tuesday after.
I bought a refurbished Iphone4S - good price - but unfortunately faulty. I returned, explained fault and waited for 5 days. Phone arrived but still faulty. They agreed to replace so I sent back again and awaited a new phone, unfortunately although next day delivery I am still waiting after 3 days and am told that it could be another couple due to some problem with the PO. Umm, fingers crossed.
Scammers! Delay to my ordered iPhone on the 15th Oct 2019, Still no phone on 25th Oct and was given option to cancel.Did this and still no refund on 19 Nov 2109. They didn't reply to any emails and they have no contact telephone number. Contacted C Card company to get refund and it appears I'm not alone they were fully aware of this company! They advised that the company has no refund policy in their small print and this makes it hard to get refund.They advised not ask for refund wait 31 days and then they can get money back more easily Don't be scammed like me, avoid like the plague!

Great prices....absolutely atrocious service. Phone needed for daughters birthday... Well that didn't happen, just one excuse after another. If you must use them use PayPal. I did and PayPal were brilliant, got my money back very quickly. I naively thought people would do what they said... Sadly they don't and don't give a damn either. As you can tell, I'm pretty angry about this. Do yourself a favour and don't use them.

Absolute joke - had the phone for over 3 months & after weekly emails finally replied with a total fob off 'your phone is on the way' - no it wasn't over 5 phone calls & various excuses they finally sent the phone back. Still no phone , emailed , messaged and spent 35 mins trying to call them today and could not get through number 24 in the queue. My phone was late being delivered. Very hard to get in touch with. Then I found out my 'pristine' phone was in fact badly damaged. Returned and was promised a refund. Refund is now overdue (+15 working days) and I can't get a hold of them. Poor products and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered a 5s Iphone , I had to charge the battery at least 5 times during day then it would just die for no reason. I sent it off and it took over a month for a replacement to come and they're expecting me to chase the delivery company. The replacement finally arrived and its even worse. I sent my iPhone 7 off to this company for sale, we done everything that was asked of us, we even sent it recorded delivery, I have been trying to get hold of there customer service department for over 3 days now, but never get through always says your call cannot be answered this time. steer clear of this company

Been using these guys for 18 months and been amazing....this one last and final order I have sent there way has been nothing but hassle. Its been with them 11 weeks now and 9/10 they ignore my emails. Managers are meant to get back to me and not once have they, on this one occasion such poor customer service...we have spent thousands on repairs with these guys and now feel very bitter and am looking for another company.
