The initial purchase of my mobile phone from Quick Mobile Fix (QMF) went fine and the price was good. Unfortunately I immediately had a problem with my purchased device which had a faulty battery. To be fair they did replace the battery and return my phone quickly and then I had good use of the phone for a number of months (a little less than a year). I then needed to return the mobile under warranty because the main (back) camera stopped working unexpectedly. They stated in writing that it would take around a week to fix the problem and return my phone, however, it took about 5 weeks, which became quite inconvenient. During the 5 weeks it proved very difficult to contact QMF and when I did manage to contact them their responses were confusing and unhelpful. At no point was I told when they would actually return my phone and they kept leaving it open-ended. It appeared possible to me that they did not intend to return the phone so I was forced to send them a letter stating that I would take the matter to court unless they resolved the issue within a week. Only after this letter was sent did they return my phone. QMF certainly need to improve their customer service and efficiency if they wish to improve their reputation.
