I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this honestly has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a student working a part-time job so the weekly instalments suited me. Would've rather payed a different company all the money up front and been broke for two months if I'm being honest. Firstly, had to pay the first two instalments before I had even RECEIVED the phone, once it was payed off the phone randomly died and wouldn't turn on. SO I sent it off to get repaired, it has been on the same status 'waiting to signed to a technician' for over a month now. I've emailed them countless times only to be repeatedly told the phone will be fixed soon, yet no action ever being taken. I am so frustrated and stressed over the fact I've been without a phone for the past month. Feel like I've been completely done over, wouldn't recommend to ANYONE.
