STAY AWAY PEOPLE BE WARNED bought Iphone 7 for my daughter last week phone arrived all good but when got phone going it was faulty . Sent back Asap waiting on a replacement , will not answer phone have sent lots of emails and all I get back is sorry for the long wait but you are priority and Wee will get it out to you ASAP not good enough in my mind I bought the phone on finance as it was a dear one , have now contacted finance company and they have told me I am within my rights to cancel as it is within 14 days so I have done this SO PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE COWBOYS !!!!!!

We bought a reconditioned iphone 4S from these guys as a birthday present for our teenage son a month ago.
I have to say that there have been no problems so far and the phone was delivered promptly and in very good condition. I think the price we paid was good, as I had seen a number of phones of a similar age in far worse condition for around the same price.
Would we use QMF again - absolutely!

Utterly terrible experience. Ordered an iphone 7 on 21 Apr and today is 12 May. Still no phone despatched. Contacted customer service multiple times. They keep apologising for the delay but never really despatch the phone. Funniest thing is some reviews here said they ordered a phone after me but got the phone already. Now you know how fake those positive reviews can be.

I now have to start a dispute to get the money back. My friend even joked that their source might be stolen phones and iPhone 7 is hard to find on the street now.

Anyone who is thinking of buying from them, think twice. Don t risk it. You can pay hundreds of pounds and get nothing.

I will keep updating the status here. Let s see what will happen.

*5/17 update: after the customer service again said they will ask someone to contact me about the cancellation, they suddenly send me a confirmation of despatch, with an invalid tracking number. Absolutely joke! I can see this is their trick, to keep you waiting until you passed the period that you are rightful to start a dispute with the card company.

Wouldn't recommend quick mobile fix. Bad service from start to......would say end, but never got that far. This is in reference to a HTC One M8 (can't comment on their repairs of other makes of mobiles)
Firstly, they say they pay for cost of postage by emailing you a postage sticker. I never got this, I paid for a tracked delivery. Never refunded or taken into account.
Device was "repaired" and the bill was double what the quote was. The phone was then posted back to me, to the wrong address. Luckily the road they posted it to doesn't exist in my town and my postman isn't an idiot. This delayed the delivery though. The phone screen didn't work. The bottom inch of my screen didn't respond to touch. The speaker covers around the screen were also dented and bent and the screen wasn't flush with the phone. You could pick at the edges with a finger nail and see light around the edges. It looked awful.
Also, my "keepsafe" app had tried to be opened. It's pin locked. As many attempts as staff tried, it locked me out for 4000 odd hours! Privacy should be paramount! If you want to see me naked, just ask.
The phone was sent back to QMF, again, I paid for the postage. Another tracked service. Quick mobile fix had the mobile for two days and then returned it, which took another two days and couldn't send me the correct tracking number, no matter how many times I asked. I was told the device was repaired again and tested. It wasn't. I still had a dodgy screen.
They have offered to have it again but if after two attempts, and having to pay my own postage, I don't want them touching it. I've put up with the phone doing its own thing for a month (the screen often got stuck and just typed a load of random letters or closed and opened apps) Having to rotate it just to be able to type certain letters and not being able to answer phone calls. It's now a very expensive dog toy. I have never offered refund for their incompetence. They have said they use grade screens, what ever that is, but as far as I'm concerned, they are cheap, very fragile screens.

Despite some terrible reviews here on Google I must say that my experience was great!
I placed my order and waited. I allowed 7days from the order (not 7 working days) and emailed them asking when I could expect delivery. I had an email back within 24hours.
The iPad arrived 2days later exactly on the 7th working day by UPS.
it worked straight out of the box and looked in mint condition with no issues whatsoever and is still going strong!
some reviews here are really commenting on issues with UPS and not QuickmobileFix.
I liked the service I received so I have now ordered an iPad mini as well!

I had a battery replaced. The price quoted was very reasonable, considering the cost of buying a battery, and the inconvenience and risk of dismantling the entire phone to fit it myself. They say that postage is paid in both directions, and this was what happened.

After the phone was returned to me, I found that the accelerometer was no longer working. They asked me to return to them for investigation, and they decided that this was not caused by their repair. I can neither verify nor disprove that, but I'm inclined to believe them. For this additional shipping to them, and back, they once again arranged this at their own expense. :-)

Their website could be easier to use: It would be much easier to monitor a repair after ordering if they automatically created an account so the customer can log in and see the status of their order. Instead, you have to look up your order reference number and use that. They also have a detailed help page explaining all the different status update messages you should see as the phone goes through various stages of testing and repair, but then they don't use the system instead just using free-text notes that are updated less frequently than you're led to believe.

But overall, it's a "recommend" from me - for repairs. (I've not tried them for buying new or refurbished handsets).

I did have to wait longer than they said and in general I think they should be clearer that the low price means you wait longer, and my modern standards 2 week delivery time is a very long time. In spite of some reviewers problems and their negative comments, I feel sorry for their bad experience but I have to say that my transaction was excellent. I needed a replacement phone for my wife as a Christmas present, so I ordered a grade A iPhone 6 for a very good price. If you re happy to wait two weeks to receive your order and wait hours for customer services to pick up the phone then this is the place to go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Customer services then tell you a vague 5-7 working days to dispatch, then 1-2 working days to ship. But wait, there s been a hold up, additional 3-4 working days....!

Then when finally dispatched an email arrives with a tracking number that isn t recognised by the Courier company.

It s clear now that the phone you order online is probably not on the shelf waiting to be sent out, it s simply a potentially a unit they might have at some point in the future. Then it will need to undergo their (slow and non-priority) refurb process before being lazily dispatched with a budget courier.

If my handset arrives and is not exactly as described, I won t be surprised at this point, it will also be returned immediately. I will end up ordering elsewhere and losing 3-4 weeks for a phone.

HTCM8 repair to charger pin which had worn out. Repair was excellent and phone returned efficiently. HOWEVER it transpired after three weeks that the repair had broken the microphone on the telephone which did not work. I use it rarely for telephoning hence did not discover this straight away. It works on speaker but not microphone. This was working before sent for repair hence 1*. I will have to return at cost for the microphone repair.

Before you give this disorganised and poorly managed company your money, read the reviews (and try to sift out the fake ones too). Also, read the reviews of 'Universal Gadgets'. It is directed by the same husband and wife (Chinedu Ken Emechebe and Leela Emechebe) and has the same address as Quick Mobile Fix, oh, and 'EDIGITALSYSTEMS'.
Funnily enough, they've disabled the reviews tab on their Facebook page.

I was made to wait 10 working days instead of their 5-7 working day guaranteed delivery time (which you're not told about until after you place an order).
I finally received a faulty phone which I could not use despite it's Grade A1 rating. I sent the phone back and suddenly the company has gone quiet. I'm still waiting to receive confirmation that they've received the phone and no refund has been issued.

Quick Mobile Fix released a statement on their website stating that they'd been having a 'rather annoying IT issue' and their phone lines are always engaged because apparently they only have 8 phone lines. Right.

As you can see, responses from Quick Mobile Fix are generic, unhelpful and they avoid answering simple questions.
They definitely do not email you back within 24 hours, and they definitely do not value your custom.
I have started a VISA Dispute with my bank to get my money back, because, let's be honest, this company is a scam.

I wish I had the balls to scam my way to earning millions. Good luck Chinedu and Leela.

Their timeframe is 7-10 working days however i had to chase them for an update, they don't keep you in the loop unless you chase them. I also note they don't have a landline/customer service number makes me even more weary. Luckily they haven't taken any payment becauae i got it in finance and they haven't dispatched the phone.

Like other reviewers, the company is quick to take your money and use every delaying tactic you could possibly conjure up in order to avoid giving it back.


I have reported them to Trading Standards and have raised a dispute with my credit card company. All this is stressful and time consuming, shop elsewhere if you want to avoid the same fate.

Also consider that the courier service they use to handle your precious phone is unable to keep a track of it.

SHOP ELSEWHERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Oh! and when the company responds, ignore it, it is just part of the delaying tactics they clearly use.

Update 27.4.17: phone eventually arrived and no surprises for guessing - it was faulty! Sent back next day and refund requested. It's now been 7 days since they've had the phone back and still no sign of my money. One email chaser sent and received a standard reply that did not answer my question.
I'll keep you posted via this review regarding how long it takes for me to get my money back. I intend on filling a claim if it isn't back within the next five days....

Long story short, I purchased an iPhone 6 plus which appears to be a good value for money, to my disappointment, I never received the phone after the 14days delivery deadline. So I got in touch with their customer service and asked to cancel my order 197669 and get a refund,

Naturally they had no trouble taking the money but the goods are still not dispatched. I have chased and chased, every email i get a "sorry it will be dispatched Wednesday" then Wednesday comes and nothing and no tracking info, you chase again and they give you another date. I've been given 6 dispatch dates and each time they don't dispatch the goods, i chase and get given another one! Just want my phone! Seriously "Quick" Mobile Fix sort it out!

In response to your reply, i have emailed that address around 30 times, i'm now being told delivery by end of next week. That will mean that i ordered/paid in January and my goods will (hopefully) be delivered in March!? QMF were very unhelpful and downright dishonest when I asked them what the hold up was. I eventually asked for a refund. It was granted in October 2020. Again, I was told I would be refunded within two weeks of the refund being requested. Another month passed... When I emailed them about how farcical this was getting, Quick Mobile fix assured me they would refund me by January 2021....I eventually had to file a court claim against them for violating the consumer rights act. This seemed to motivate them to refund me but I (a student) still had to pay for the court proceedings. I was eventually refunded in early January (three months after asking for a refund). I urge anyone looking to buy from Quick Mobile Fix, learn from my experience and look somewhere else!

A decent repair but definitely not quick nor very good customer service. It took over 2 weeks for the straightforward iPad screen repair to be done and returned. Customer services never answered the phones, after 50 odd attempts of calling. Eventually I got a recorded message suggesting I call back during their opening hours... it was during opening hours! When I eventually got a reply on email to enquire how much longer it would be, I was told the delay was because I d not provided the passcode when requested, so that they could test before returning it. I quickly sent them a copy of the email I had provided three days earlier with said passcode and which had been acknowledged by them!! All this while my Autustic son was becoming distressed at not having the iPad he relies on so much and to make matters worse, as we were going on holiday for 2 weeks and the iPad wasn t returned before we left for our holiday it meant my son was without his distraction item (anyone who understands autism will understand this) and we also had to make arrangements for someone to collect it from the courier depot so it wasn t returned to Quick Mobile Fix!! My two stars are for the quality of the new screen only and not for the appalling service we had. When requesting a refund, I received no reply.. surprise! Definitely NOT a quick fix !!

Well, I patiently waited and the phone arrived. I tried it and keeps saying that the phone could not connect to activation server. I kept trying all days and nothing, I send an email that I'm returning it and need my money back.

I suppose to receive my money within 14 days of my claim. They told me to wait for a month. Definitely I was unhappy coz I needed the same money to buy another phone for a gift. So, I waited for 31 days and still they haven't send my money. I called they just to be told that I have to wait until July to receive my money, imagine the phone was bought in February 2019.

They gave me reason that they have moved card payment provider and refund takes about 8 weeks. They say, if I want to receive my money faster, I have to speak with my card provider. Now I'm waiting for my refund. You suppose to tell me within 14 days that, my refund will takes about 5 months to receive my money. For me to make claim with my bank not after 31 days and night.

I purchased a phone from Quick Mobile Fix which was delivered and was faulty (screen and Touch ID). I returned this to them within 3 days, well within their 14 day money back guarantee. I am then told that the refund will take 10-14 working days to be processed for which I have waited. I am now on the 16th working day still with no refund and no response to my latest e-mails and from their telephone number on all the options given. Trading standards will be the next port of call as I am not confident that a refund will be issued and I wouldn t want anyone else to have to deal with the unsatisfactory service that this company has provided me. Frankly the customer service has been nothing short of despicable. I will keep trying to contact them via phone and e-mail in the hope that I will get my money back.

Hey, first of all i would like to point out one thing, They are not "Quick"! I have been waiting 4 days now since my order got dispatched. There is no further delivery information available from then and Quick Mobile Fix haven't bothered answering my emails to attempt an investigation.

Stay away from this company, they don't priorities their customers at all. I'm suffering from this horrible experience, I have been robbed and think thus company should be closed down. Can we start a campaign to stop these criminals from taking more innocent people's money.

I sent my phone off to have the front screen repaired with quick mobile fix. Three problems occurred:

Firstly it took them almost three weeks to return my phone despite the advertised 48 hrs.

Secondly and more importantly the phone hadn't been fixed when it was returned to me. I paid for them to repair the front screen and it doesn't look like it has been touched. The front screen still doesn't work.

I contacted them 4 days ago requesting a refund and have yet to receive a response.

Thirdly, they tried to up-sell me into having some cosmetic damage repaired, this wasted further time and cost me several opportunities.

Sent my phone off to get repaired, they said it would take 48 hours when in fact its taken 3-4 weeks!! i sent multiple emails and they just sent a standard email back not explaining why its taken so long to get my phone fixed, even when you call (when you finally get through) they kept saying call back in 48 hours and not giving me any information about my phone. If your thinking from buying from this website I would think again. disgraceful company!

Secondly, my money are still pending for reimbursement from 17 of April!!!.
They saying I was meant to be paid by 16 of July.
Please avoid them for a miles.
