Sent a device to be fixed over 6 weeks ago. They did not manage to fix it apparently. Have been chasing them. They keep on replying that they will send it back, but then they don't. Every time I call, I get put on hold for 30/35 minutes and then I get cut off. At this stage, I think I am going to report them. Scum!!!!Do not use them. EVER.
