The worst phone company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

My phone was suffering from the LG bootloop issue. Even a minor bit of Googling will tell you that this is a HARDWARE issue, which LG state is a result of a "loose contact between components". It is a very simple fix - all you have to do it replace the motherboard.

Quick Mobile Fix kept my phone for 23 days (quick?) before telling me that this SOFTWARE issue was inoperable. Not only do I believe the diagnosis was wrong, but the way I was treated by customer services was truly awful.

Although I used the Repair Tracker, this is incredibly basic and gives no detail. So I emailed about my concerns, and was told that I would receive an update within a specified time. Once the time had passed, there was no update from them.

Often their emails did not answer my questions. One of their phone staff even stated she had never heard of this problem and said "most people have iPhone issues". If you are only able to fix iPhones, market yourselves as an iPhone company!

I was told it was with a senior technician over a week ago, but heard no updates since then. I wasn't hoping for a magic fix, all I wanted was to remain INFORMED, which apparently this company is incapable of doing.

Hold times are unbelievably long too.

Best to avoid this company, despite some good reviews for basic fixes. If you have a really problematic issue with your phone, go elsewhere. This company left me in tears on the phone (embarrassing), and have made me vow only to by iPhones from now on, because anything else is apparently much too difficult for them to wrap their heads around.
