YA16994748 Order of 11.15.2019.
I ordered 2 items including an Alcatel phone on the site indicated black. Sent an email immediately where specificavo that the color had to be ABSOLUTELY BLACK order not to cancel the order if it had not been. I do not respond, the phone comes BLUE METALLIC. What to say, it was a gift I had promised black, I kept it Blue Metallic and I ordered it black from Amazon and it came to me right. I do not think I will still buy from Monclick.
