Order YA19130970. Ordered on 2/12/19 and delivered to Amati courier on 9/12. To date 12/15 I have only received an email from Monclick apologizing for the delay and awarding me a 10 voucher.
Monclick is unreachable apart from the always identical photocopy answers proposed on this site.
The Amati courier is totally unreachable, whatever option is chosen in the available number, after a few seconds the line inevitably falls.
You really suck, there are couriers who deliver in 24 hours and answer their customers.
Absolutely never more purchases on Monclick and / or by those who use Amati as a courier.
Let's see when the washing machine will arrive .... ridiculous.
