WORST EXPERIENCE order no. YA19159954 Beko built-in dishwasher.

I looked for a built-in dishwasher and in a very short time I found what I wanted at the right price, well! It is a pity that I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO USE MY NEW DISHWASHER FOR ALMOST A MONTH because it arrived after almost two weeks, all dented and not working, it was withdrawn following the long "complaints" procedure and today I am STILL waiting for mon click which should tell me if I will get a refund or send me a replacement.
WE ARE IN 2020! IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IF YOU BUY ONLINE YOU MUST WAIT A MONTH BETWEEN BURNS AND DISCOMFORT TO HAVE A SIMPLE DISHWASHER ????? WORST SERVICE VERY LONG TIMES POOR ORGANIZATION IN TRANSPORT (THREE TRIPS FOR ONE CUSTOMER ONLY) BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ORGANIZE A WITHDRAWAL WITH REPLACEMENT. IN ADDITION I AGREED (WHEN WE FIXED THE DATE OF THE RETREAT A FEW DAYS BEFORE) THE RETREAT WITH THE PORTER AS THE ROAD IS NARROW HERE A LITTLE WELL I HAD TO GO TO BRING IT WITH MY CAR IN THE MIDDLE ROAD BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS STRANGELY " BROKEN "ONE HOUR BEFORE ARRIVING HERE ... to do all this I had to ask for two half days of leave from work in total. I hope that everything will be resolved in a short time and then this was the first and also the last time with them.
