I put a star because you can't do less. I purchased a dishwasher on November 16th, including assembly. They sent me an inept who dismantled me half a new kitchen, unplugged the old working dishwasher and threw it out breaking it, put me the new one but he was wrong to assemble the front panel and therefore it did not open, he did not connect the exhaust and wanted to test it, but we managed to stop it, and ran away because it had 16 other deliveries. From there an odyssey started to get the assembly back, the dishwasher had been damaged so I had to ask for a replacement, the couriers never came, they even gave me an appointment on Sunday and then rubbed off 10 minutes earlier. It was finally returned, but days passed before we heard about it. In the end, after dozens of phone calls and emails, I managed to get a refund. Incidentally, the call center is uncontainable, tens of calls and tens of minutes with the disc to be able to talk to someone. The epic ended today February 21st. 3 months. Washing dishes, 5 in the family. Never again.
