Hello, on 09/05/2020 I made an order (number YA19302588) of a PC monitor and until 15/05/2020 from the customer area I saw it in the works. At this point I sent an email to try to understand what had happened (I understand the emergency COVID-19) for information. On 16/05/2020 the order is no longer even in production, indeed it does not exist at all !!!! THE MONITOR HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID WITH PREPAID CREDIT CARD !!!!!!! .... I hope at least in the refund !!!!!!!
